50 years of expertise in flavor chemistry and GC/MS analytical services
We bring more than 50 years of experience in flavor creation, food product development, fragrance analysis, and advanced GC/MS analytical chemistry. All work is led and performed by a Certified Flavorist with the Society of Flavor Chemists, whose career spans both flavor manufacturing environments and large-scale flavor users, providing a comprehensive understanding of the industry from formulation through commercialization.
This experience includes extensive hands-on expertise in extraction methodologies, instrumental analysis, and compound identification across food, beverage, and fragrance applications. The certified flavorist has worked with nationally recognized companies including Abbott Laboratories, Anheuser-Busch, Aromatics, Flavor and Fragrances, and the former Warner Jenkinson–Philip Morris–SevenUp flavor division.
Over more than two decades operating Flavor and Fragrance Outsource, Inc., an extensive proprietary flavor library has been developed, supporting efficient flavor matching, reformulation, and new product development. In addition, broad experience in fragrance analysis across multiple companies and product categories supports both qualitative and quantitative analytical needs.
This model provides clients with a cost-effective alternative to maintaining an in-house flavor and analytical department, offering direct access to senior-level expertise without added overhead. The focus is on accelerating development timelines, improving product quality, and delivering accurate, reliable results with uncompromising technical standards.
Unparalleled expertise and dedication to excellence
Five decades of proven expertise in flavor chemistry and GC/MS analysis across multiple industries.
A certified flavorist with experience at Abbott Labs, Anheuser-Busch, and more.
State-of-the-art instrumentation and proprietary methods ensure accurate, reliable outcomes. Exclusive extraction methods help find all the relevant volatiles, not just a few. An experienced flavor chemist can highlight which are critical to the flavor and which are not. It takes the experience of a flavor chemist to know when you have found all the relevant volatiles specific to a specific flavor.
I offer ownership of the flavor formula.
